Your Day-to-Day
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions;
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial information is accurate and reliable (timely and accurate reporting);
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies, and provide actionable insights;
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliations;
- Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial information;

- Participate in audit processes and support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards-.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
- Academic background inAccounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous professionalexperience (up to 1 year) in finance and/or accounting-related roles;
- Solid understanding ofaccounting principles and financial analysis;
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel (experience with ERP systems is a plus);
- Excellent attention todetail, accuracy, analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
- Proactive,eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional development.
