Your Day-to-Day
- Support and encourage the organization’s objectives, strategies, plans, and efficient use of resources;
- Support the execution of Continuous Improvement projects;
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to process performance;
- Contribute to process mapping activities;
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and operational standards;
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Academic background in Management;
- Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (optional);
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills;
- Interest in technology, innovation, logistics, and continuous improvement;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team;
- Enjoy challenges that contribute to product innovation;
- Immediate availability.
