Your Day-to-Day
- Supportthe management of clients, partners, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clearcommunication and alignment across teams;
- Collaboratein the onboarding processes of new clients, partners, services, and companyinitiatives/projects, preparing materials and ensuring a personalizedexperience;
- Monitorsatisfaction, usage, risk, and operational procedure indicators, identifyingimprovement opportunities and ensuring product adoption;
- Trackinitiative timelines and status, reporting risks or challenges that may impactsolution adoption;
- Preparepresentations, reports, and onboarding manuals to support strategicdecision-making;
- Actas a liaison between the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams, organizingticket workflows, collecting and organizing operational feedback, andprioritizing improvements according to their impact on operations and ongoingprojects;
- Gatherand organize relevant department documentation and information, ensuring theyare easily accessible.
Requirements
- Academic background in Management;
- Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (optional);
- Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn;
- Good communication, organization and time management skills;
- Interest in technology and continuous improvement;
- Interest in Customer Success and client relationships;
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team;
- Enjoy challenges that contribute to product innovation;
- Immediate availability.
