Your Day-to-Day
- Contribute to the development of the company’s and its subsidiaries’ financial strategy, ensuring the achievement of short- and long-term financial goals;
- Ensure the reporting of key management indicators and the analysis of variances against defined objectives;
- Guarantee the accuracy of data supporting management decision-making;
- Support the restructuring/implementation of Management Control procedures;
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements, including the management balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow;
- Monitor annual audits and provide monthly support to accounting;
- Manage treasury activities;
- Perform monthly calculations for the issuance of invoices and fees.
Requirements
- Academic background in Management and/or Accounting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level);
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Management Control, preferably in a multinational environment and/or within Big 4 consulting firms;
- Ease of working with ERP systems and adaptability to technological tools;
- Strong time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills;
- High sense of responsibility and strong analytical thinking;
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Supply Chain is part of your vocabulary (a plus).
