We are looking for a Regional Coordinator to join our team!

As part of our Operations team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of our stores. You will be responsible for optimising processes, managing resources efficiently and ensuring that operations run efficiently. In a dynamic and constantly growing environment, you will face challenges, work closely with different teams and contribute to increasingly effective execution.

Your Day-to-Day
- Execute processes and procedures;
- Ensure that processes and procedures areimplemented in their stores;
- Report resource needs;
- Coordinate with back-office teams the real-timestatus of the operation;
- Provide daily support to store managers, guidingthem, solving problems and providing the necessary information;
- Monitor the implementation of newpartners/clients;
- In case of risk, report it in advance in orderto seek solutions and minimise impacts on the operation;
- Ensure that information regarding their humanresources is updated with the relevant departments;
- Identify opportunities for technologicalinnovation, automation and process optimisation.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field;
- Previous experience in coordination or supervisory roles, preferably inretail or sales operations;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions;
- Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with great attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
- Availability to travel frequently;
- Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
