Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide daily support to store managers in the Lisbon & South Portugal region, ensuring an efficient, productive operation aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure that the store team is appropriately staffed to meet order demand, managing resource allocation and personnel when necessary.
  • Strategically optimize operations as the region grows by identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in the region, ensuring effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Ensure delivery quality across all existing businesses.
  • Ensure that internal processes and procedures are followed within operations.
  • Maintain a good relationship with internal teams and ensure all necessary information is available for each department regarding operational performance.  

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in coordination or supervision roles, preferably in retail or sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with great attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus
