Your Day-to-Day

  • Play an analytical role, focused on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Assume a strategic support role within the Operations department, monitoring its initiatives and ensuring their effective execution.
  • Participate in meetings with retail clients, ensuring close follow-up and alignment between partner needs and operational solutions.
  • Maintain a hands-on, customer-focused approach, fostering close, transparent, and effective relationships.
  • Provide daily support to store managers in the Southern region, ensuring efficient and productive operations aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure the store team is properly staffed to meet order demand, managing resource and personnel allocation when needed.
  • Strategically optimize operations as the region grows, identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all regional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Ensure delivery quality across all existing businesses.
  • Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed within operations.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal teams and ensure all necessary information is available to each department regarding operational performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in coordination or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with great attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
