Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist customers through multiple channels (live chat, email, or phone);
  • Manage and optimize routes, promoting higher customer satisfaction;
  • Manage operational capacity by adjusting available slots based on provider and vehicle availability;
  • Support the creation of documentation to support operations (flowcharts, procedures, etc.);
  • Ensure all orders are delivered with quality and within the timeframes agreed with the customer;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders (Regional Coordinators, Store Managers, other internal teams, and external suppliers) to ensure the operation flows smoothly and efficiently;
  • Contribute to the development of the service distribution automation platform.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of other languages (spoken and written) – English and Spanish;
  • Previous experience in direct customer service/contact and operations management;
  • Previous experience in route/fleet management and organization;
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (MS Office);
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to identify operational difficulties and propose improvement solutions;
  • Availability to work flexible hours (rotating days off);
  • Strong time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills;
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions in dynamic environments and quickly adjust resources according to changing operational needs;
  • A team player, focused on problem-solving and process optimization;
  • Supply chain is part of your vocabulary.
