Operations Analyst Intern| IEFP Internship (M/F/D)

• Monitor operational costs and support the preparation of regular reports;

• Control key performance indicators (KPIs) of operations;

• Support KPI analysis, detecting problems, trends and continuous improvement opportunities;

• Collect, organize and analyze data from operational teams;

• Collaborate in the creation of dashboards and updating of support databases;

• Analyze deviations from the budget or operational plans and propose corrective actions;

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous efficiency improvement;

• Control and monitor the process of losses and waste;

• Work closely with different areas of Operations, ensuring alignment and analytical support through structured analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management and Administration or Logistics Engineering;

• Eligible for IEFP professional internship (mandatory);

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

• Knowledge of management, management control and information systems acquired in the academic context;

• Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn;

• Good communication, organization and time-management skills;

• Interest in technology, innovation, logistics and continuous improvement;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

• Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team;

• Immediate availability.
