Your Day-to-Day
- Support the management of strategic clients, ensuring clear communication and continuous assistance;
- Gather information from clients, identify their needs, and communicate them to the team, ensuring they are met;
- Collaborate in the onboarding process of new clients: prepare support materials (presentations, reports, guides, and instruction manuals), ensuring a personalized experience;
- Communicate daily with teams from other departments (IT, Product, and Operations), acting as a liaison between teams;
- Identify areas for improvement and corrective needs, provide support in their management, and monitor their progress until resolution;
- Communicate clearly and ensure all stakeholders (clients and internal teams) are informed and updated on progress and bug resolution;
- Manage product satisfaction and usage indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product innovation;
- Monitor deadlines and initiative status, reporting potential risks or challenges that may affect client adoption.
Requirements
- Academic background in Management and/or Administration;
- Eligible for IEFP professional internship (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (optional);
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills;
- Interest in technology, innovation, logistics, and continuous improvement;
- Interest in Customer Success and client relationships;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team;
- Enjoy challenges that contribute to product innovation;
- Immediate availability.
